It is a newly renovated three-storey functionalist villa from year 1932 designed by Czech famous architect Josef Bublík as his last project in the suburb of Český Krumlov.

You will find us on the main road from České Budějovice towards Lipno nad Vltavou, just a few minutes walk from the historical centre of Český Krumlov. In our villa you will find a total of three apartments of different sizes and capacities.

The total capacity of accommodation is 10 persons.

Each apartment has a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities.

In our accomodation you don’t have to worry about complicated parking in the centre of tourist-frequented location of Český Krumlov. Each apartment comes with a free private parking space behind a barrier, which does not need to be reserved in advance.

The distance from the train station is approx. 1 km, from the bus station approx. 1.3 km. Bus stop Český Krumlov, Sv. Trojice is 100 m away.

Town centre is within walking distance of approx. 5 minutes.
